Dear Simon, you taught me a lot about preventive medicine and fighting for people who have been damaged by work-related diseases... I remember those early days of the Occupational Health Project, sitting in the corner of various working men's clubs waiting for people to come and tell us their stories... more recently I really enjoyed our time together last New Year, and it's those memories of seeing you with your family that I will remember most.
