Simon worked for the good of patients in the Burngreave Area, working out of Burngreave Surgery for many years. He was known for his tenacity and patience and we know that many of the patients he helped will be eternally grateful to Simon. We as a practice are extremely saddened to hear of his passing and would like to send our condolences to his family.
