This note is from John Flanagan: Simon was a founder member of the Construction Safety Campaign (CSC) amongst the myriad of the other work for and in support of workers worldwide. He was instrumental in the formation of the Liverpool Occupational Health Project (LOHP). Other eulogies contain the wealth and breadth of his work which will continue with the baton of knowledge he left for all of us to carry. His greatest legacy is the countless number of lives he saved because of his work and dedication to his class.
